Approval of Merger:

The Honorable High Court of Sindh has sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement for merger/ Amalgamation of Habib Metro Modaraba (HMM) with and into First Habib Modaraba (FHM) along with swap ratio on February 07, 2023.

Final Book Closure

The final date of Book closure of the certificate transfer books of Habib Metro Modarba shall be March 10, 2023, and consequently the Record Date shall be the close of business on March 09, 2023 for the purpose of determining the identities and final entitlements of the HMM certificate holders, in favor of whom certificates of FHM shall be issued in accordance with the Scheme.
